Victoria Vieira Gallery, operated by Vieira Productions, respects your privacy. By using this website, accessing a private gallery, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

We may collect information such as your name, email address, gallery access information, and order details as reasonably necessary to provide photography services, private galleries, purchases, customer support, and newsletters or marketing communications.

Private galleries are hosted through Pixieset and may require an email address and password for access. Payments are processed through Pixieset and its payment partners, including Stripe. Prints and other products may be fulfilled and shipped through professional print labs and fulfillment partners.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide galleries, process payments, fulfill orders, or communicate with you. Standard cookies and analytics provided through Pixieset or its services may be used to operate and improve the website.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

All photographs, artwork, graphics, and other creative content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of Vieira Productions unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a print or digital image does not transfer copyright or grant commercial reproduction rights.

Private galleries are intended for clients and authorized recipients. Clients are encouraged to download and safely back up their photographs. Galleries are intended to remain available for at least six months, although permanent online storage is not guaranteed.

Prints, albums, and other products may be custom-produced and are subject to applicable fulfillment and return policies. Please contact us promptly regarding damaged or defective orders.

Vieira Productions makes reasonable efforts to maintain website and gallery availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
